Highly Recommended

We just rode the Slippery Elm Trail and really enjoyed it. We loved the variety of scenery and the easy trail. It was beautifully maintained and absolutely litter free.
We can highly recommend this trail.
Watch Out For Parking Tickets!

We tried to park on Sandridge [Rd] but fellow bikers warned of tickets if we parked in the school lot. Traveling riders should note that the next parking is on Gypsy Lane, a few blocks south.
Trail is fantastic with many benches, trash barrels and shade. Even ran across a Park Ranger on Sat. July 18th so the trail is monitored. Great place for riding!
A Few Bumps -- But Still Great!

Still in great condition. A few roots have started to push on the trail making for some rather large bumps but nothing a trained rider can't handle. Very nice relief from country roads! Still matches your description!
