The Kokosing Gap Trail ends at Phillips Park in Mt. Vernon at the south end of Liberty Street. However, a connector (shown in red) will eventually tie the trail to the Heart of Ohio Trail from the southwest. This corridor is also a part of the Ohio-to-Erie Trail, a cross-state bikeway. Restrooms at Phillips Park off Liberty Street. A large, popular parking lot along Mt. Vernon Avenue. See the Trail Specs for more parking locations.
